Public Safety should develop relationships and agreements with PSAPs outside of their normal service jurisdiction in an effort to improve their ability to handle calls in an overflow, backup, or disaster situation. Features within NG9-1-1 will help foster the capabilities available to PSAP administrators to meet these enhanced operational needs.
