Network Operators and Service Providers should have Abuse Policies and processes posted for customers (and others), instructing them where and how to report instances of service abuse. Service Providers, Network Operators, and Equipment Suppliers should support the email IDs listed in rfc 2142 “MAILBOX NAMES FOR COMMON SERVICES, ROLES AND FUNCTIONS.”
