Network Operators, Service Providers, Equipment Suppliers, and Public Safety should participate in the Communications Security, Reliability and Interoperability Council (CSRIC) and its working groups in order to develop industry Best Practices for addressing and mitigating public communications infrastructure vulnerabilities.
