Network Operators should have their physical POIs for NG9-1-1 dereferencing functions documented in an Interconnection Agreement. Specifically for NG9-1-1, unless local requirements differ, those POI should be at the ingress Firewall of the ESInet or NG9-1-1 PSAP.
