Network Operators, Service Providers and Public Safety should ensure that locations associated with 9-1-1 calls are validated in the OSP network (if in civic format), successfully conveyed to support the routing of emergency calls and delivered to Public Safety Answering Points. This applies to NG9-1-1 emergency services calls.
