Service Providers, Public Safety should establish policies and develop internal controls to ensure that the infrastructure supporting high speed broadband is protected from external threats, insider threats and threats from customers. These policies should cover protocol and port filtering as well as general security best practices. This applies to Public Safety only in an NG9-1-1 environment.
